Professional Dog Trainer Pam Bigoni

  Dennis Fehling

I have had a life long love of all animals especially dogs, I learned from my dad at an early age to work with dogs in a positive way.  After a career in the aircraft industry and the military I decided it waas time for a change of careers.  I had tried many different businees ventures including a marital arts instructor in Portland Oregon, I also had a window cleaning business and a bike shop business.  None of these were as rewarding as working with dogs.  I knew after my first dog training seminar I was hooked.  My passion for working with aggression and fear came to me by the way of my own dog Meika.  Meika taught me so much when it came to dogs with fear based aggression I knew that this was going to be my chosen path.  My goal is to help as many dogs as I possibly can using positive based training methods that teach rather than harm.

I grew up in a dog family and learned so much at a young age from my mom who is a NADAC dog agility judge and has won many national championships and she has passed her knowledge down to me.  Also, I have knowledge of husbandry from my dad who bred Labrador Retrievers and competes in Field Trials. I realized at a young age that I wanted to work in the dog world myself.

For twelve wonderful years I was the Bend PetSmart Area Trainer, training new trainers, and have only recently left to expand my curriculum and pursue additional professional growth.

I have been in Central Oregon for over ten years training/fostering dogs of all levels with many different needs. I compete in NADAC dog agility and am looking forward to expanding to Rally, Freestyle, and Field Trialing.

I am a mother of two two-legged children and five four-legged children and in our spare time we love to camp, hike, and travel to the beach.
